Crockpot Pulled Chicken Taco Filling

1. Place chicken breasts in crockpot. (I usually do it from a frozen state) Sprinkle with taco seasoning and pour salsa all over.

2. Cook in the crockpot for 4 hours. Remove chicken from crockpot and shred with a fork.

3. Return to crockpot and add optional sour cream, stirring well. Let cook for 30 min to heat through.

Serve in taco shells or tortillas with cheese and sour cream.

Stephenie: This is easy and tasty. It also works for paleo. You can use any salsa or picante that you like, or even make your own.
